These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the K-Rays Scaling website at kraysscaling.com (the "Site"), operated by K-Rays Scaling ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. K-Rays Scaling is based in Utah and serves independent automotive repair shops nationwide.

1. The Site Is Informational

The Site exists to describe who we are and what we do. All content — including descriptions of the Agentic Suite, Voice-to-RO, our operational systems, and any figures, pricing, or examples — is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment, and it does not create a contract between you and us.

2. Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

Any actual service engagement with K-Rays Scaling — including the Agentic Suite and the Voice-to-RO add-on — is governed exclusively by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Pricing, scope, fees, timelines, and terms are established in that agreement, not here.

3. Figures and Examples Are Illustrative

Any numbers shown on this Site — such as pricing figures, "tens of thousands a year," install timelines, calculator outputs, or example results — are illustrative examples only. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees of any particular result for your business. Your actual numbers, fees, and terms are set in your signed service agreement. The interactive leak calculator produces rough estimates based on figures you enter and industry averages; it is not a measurement of your actual business.

4. No Guarantee of Results From Site Content

Nothing on this Site guarantees any specific revenue, recovery, or business outcome. Every business is different, and results depend on factors outside our control, including how you operate your shop and whether you use the systems as intended. Any guarantee we offer exists only within, and on the terms of, a signed service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure
• Copy, scrape, republish, or resell Site content without our written permission
• Introduce malware or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the K-Rays Scaling name and branding, layout, and design — is owned by K-Rays Scaling or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for lawful, informational purposes, but you may not reproduce or use our content commercially without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party tools (for example, the LeadConnector contact form) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of Site content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Rays Scaling and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section is about use of the Site; liability relating to any service engagement is governed by your signed service agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when we post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program & message types. K-Rays Scaling operates an SMS text-messaging program to support the services you request. If you provide your phone number through our contact form — and, optionally, check the SMS consent box — you agree to receive text messages from us about your inquiry and service, including audit follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and service updates.

Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will stop sending SMS messages to that number.

Help & support. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact our support team at kraysscaling@gmail.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from K-Rays Scaling.
